This portal facilitates payment for municipal services only. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

Once a payment is successfully processed, cancellation is generally not permitted. Users must verify details before proceeding.

Refunds are processed only for the following reasons:

Users must provide Transaction ID, Payment Date, Property ID, and Registered Mobile Number when submitting a refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working daysand credited to the original payment method.
